We are delighted to announce that Andy Tyrrell and Edgar Buchanan Berumen, from the RIED team in the University of York, have presented two papers at the IEEE sponsored World Congress on Computational Intelligence, from June 30 – July 5, in Yokohama, Japan.
Edgar presented his paper “A quality diversity study in EvoDevo processes for engineering design” which other RIED team members including Simon Hickinbotham, Rahul Dubey, Imelda Field, Andrew Colligan, Mark Price and Andy Tyrrell contributed to.
Andy Tyrrell presented our RIED Alumni, Rahul Dubey’s paper “Evolving Design for Engineering Structures” which the same Simon, Edgar, Andrew, Imelda and Andy also contributed to. The paper also acknowledged the technical support from our Industrial Partner, FAR UK.
