Dylan graduated with a first-class degree in MEng Aerospace Engineering from Queen’s University of Belfast in 2024. During his degree, he completed an industrial placement in Singapore Aerospace Manufacturing’s Northern Ireland site, where he gained valuable insight into manufacturing and tooling required to produce CNC milled aerospace parts. In his final year project at QUB Dylan designed and manufactured an improved drive assembly for the Queen’s Formula Racing Formula Student Car, for the team to use at the FSUK 2024 competition.
Dylan joined the RIED Project and started his PhD in October 2024, which focuses on Mesh Generation to support virtual certification.
